After spending four years in back pain and seeing a chiropractor, my primary care doctor and other physical therapists, all without long term relief, I went to see Cindy at Molina PT. Since having therapy with Cindy, my pain is gone 95% of the time. When it comes back slightly, I go back to Cindy for a treatment. I am now able to move around and function pain free and maintain my active lifestyle. Thanks Cindy!

Cindy has kept me in good shape with needling, hands on therapy and an exercise program. Despite several auto immune diseases I am doing so well, especially compared to my friends with similar problems. Thanks SO much for my wellness! Years ago I went to other therapists who were less than attentive to my problems.

It is evident in more ways than one that you were meant to be a PT, and praise God that you are! You are so good at what you do and so many patients are able to live much more enjoyable lives because of your work. You are such a blessing to so many people. Thank you for your inspiration to live life to the fullest, to be outside, to appreciate nature, and to exercise the full capacity of my mind and body so long as I have it. Thank you for your influence in my life and for your contribution to my pursuit of physical therapy.

I developed shoulder pain while practicing for my masters swim test. At one point, I could barely lift my arm and avoided swimming completely. I started PT with someone else only to have even more pain and worsening symptoms, so I gave up both PT and exercising. Then someone recommended seeing Cindy. She started with PT exercises emphasizing posture and shoulder positioning and then progressed to strengthening.

I was able to get off pain meds, but still had residual pain. An MRI showed torn tendons in my shoulder. After the biceps tendon and rotator cuff were repaired, we started the complete series of first passive and then more active strength work. After four months I have more range of motion and strength than I have had for the last two years.

Cindy is conservative but creative in ways to get my posture corrected, allowing me to work and exercise without pain. Best of all, I should be doing my masters swim test in the coming months. Cindy is very thorough.

She has the expertise to determine an action plan by watching the way your body moves and where the pain refers to. She listens and explains first what is physically happening (or in my case what should not be happening) and then how to correct the problem. I love that she showed me on a skeleton exactly what bones, muscles or joints were involved. I walked out of our first session understanding exactly what had been going on for over a year and she started me on a course of action to feel better within weeks!

Cindy is an intuitive body worker. She is a professional in every sense, and now a great friend as well. As my body continues to get older and the possibility of new injuries occur, she will always be my first person to call! Thanks for everything Cindy!

I developed pain on the outside of my hip. I went to my doctor who gave me a list of PTs to pick from. He said they were the best PTs in Denver. I spent three years going to different PTs on his list and all of them gave me the same exercises that didn’t help. They all only looked at my hip and couldn’t figure out why I still had pain.

I decided to try PT one more time. I went to Cindy because a friend had great results with her and suggested I try her.  On my first visit, Cindy looked at several things besides my hip and found that my core/pelvis area was weak and moving too much.

She said the problem was not in my hip, but the weakness was causing pain on the outside of my hip. She gave me strengthening exercises for my core and my hip was pain free for the first time in three.

Being in chronic pain was how I spent the majority of my life for over 15 years, I finally gave in and had thoracic outlet syndrome surgery on my right side. My surgery unfortunately came with some unwanted complications. It was hard enough over the years trying to figure out what was wrong with me because of the rare condition of TOS and how it is not easily understood, but now I also was left with stretched nerves.

I found out soon enough that not everyone was able to work on me to help me because certain moves or massages would actually make me worse. I was given a list of places to go from my surgery center on therapists who were familiar with TOS. When I made my first appointment, I was sure to ask that I was put with someone who was comfortable with my case. Sadly enough, my first therapist couldn’t do much for me and even in my altered state of mind I knew that there was something else that could be done for me.

Months had passed and finally I was demanding more, my surgeon finally suggested dry needling. The original therapist strung me along a little longer and finally admitted they didn’t believe in dry needling and that’s why they were not wanting to do it on me. They finally agreed that I should see another therapist. That is when my whole world changed and I met Cindy. Not only was Cindy familiar with my condition but she knew how to work with me.

Just after my first hands on session with Cindy, I had already felt a difference. I was relieved and Cindy had given me my hope back. I felt as if life flowed back through me from just being so stagnant. Even though my insurance no longer covered my treatments due to the other therapist exhausting my benefits, I knew I had to continue to see her. Since having continued therapy with Cindy I am finally gaining my life back.

My pain is still there, but, it is decreased to a point where I can function and she keeps me maintained. Cindy is also now helping me not have surgery on my left side from me over compensating. I am so thankful to have Cindy as my PT.

Cindy is ever so knowledgeable and actually takes the time to explain things and makes sure that you are doing your exercises properly. She actually cares about your well-being and LONG term results. She cares about your health and not just a paycheck. She is patient and has compassion.

I love that Cindy continues/updates her education all the time to be on top of the most recent information. She is always trying to better herself and I just love her energy.
